Ask about uniformA few useful answers
Before their
first class.
Can a beginner join?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from children who are new to dance or a particular style. We will advise on a suitable class for their age and experience, subject to available places.
What should my child wear for a trial?
We will send clothing and footwear guidance for the class when your trial is confirmed. Ask us before buying uniform or specialist shoes. You can also view our uniform guide.
Can parents and carers watch classes?
For Little Hugs, parents and carers are invited to watch — and join in if they wish! For our other classes, we invite parents and carers to watch at the end of term. We also have a viewing window in our smaller studio.
Do I need to pick a grade?
No. Tell us about any previous training and we will help with placement. A class name alone does not establish its suitability for your child.
Can we join part way through a term?
Contact us to check suitable spaces and trial dates. We will explain the enrolment arrangements and the fee for the remaining lessons before you commit.
How are fees paid?
Regular class fees are invoiced termly in advance. Once enrolled, you can use the Class Manager parent portal to view your classes and invoices.
Do you have a daytime programme?
LHTS Hub is our daytime performing arts programme for home-educated and flexi-schooled young people. Visit LHTS Hub for its programme and launch information.
